What you are purchasing is a royalty-free license to user our music. This license covers you to use the music on any medium around the world. The limitations is that the license is for only one person or company. It is not transferable. You can mix elements of our music into your production, but credit to ATL Productions must be given when available. Using any portion of our music does not constitute a new derivative work.
There is one distribution limitation in which the royalty-free license becomes null and void once a company has distributed over 100,000 units on any medium including download. For uses over 100,000 units the consumer must contact ATL Productions to obtain a quote on a rights-managed fee for their use. Rest assure our rights managed fees will be at or below standard industry market levels with a high regard to affordability. (Rates would average between $0.02 and $0.25 per unit depending on usage).
Streaming our product online is permissable without limitation. Therefore utilizing our product on YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, and other social network websites are completely permissable as long as the content is not downloaded over 100,000 times. Once the content is downloadable then the terms of distribution above applies.
Any of our product used in radio, television, or film broadcasts requires you to submit a cue sheet to us. Using any of our product within a broadcast scenario does NOT incur any other fees, nor is there any charge related to submitting a cuesheet. By submitting a cuesheet, it allows ATL Productions to collect performance royalties from performance rights organizations such as ASCAP and BMI
ATL Productions reserves the right to pursue court action for any infringement, breach of license, loss income, etc. if consumer is in violation.
ATL Productions is not a singular person, therefore does not necessarily own all musical works represented on the site though strict contracts are in place between ATL Productions the company and the original copyright holders stating authenticity of work and protection for all parties involved.
ATL Productions does not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects in the site will be corrected.
All content or information contained within this site, are provided on an as-is basis.
ATL Productions makes no representations or warranties of any kind either express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
