What do we sell?
We sell original music we have created through our easy to use website. All music at this time are instrumental pieces of music of varying lengths. We sell our music via a pre-approved royalty free term. Some restrictions apply. Please see terms of us page at the bottom for full details.
How do we sell our music so low in price?
Simply we keep a very low overhead. From web programming, maintenance, music creation, and office space. Also all the music is created in our personal studio so we avoid many legal issues and costs.
How do we create our music?
We create our music through a variety of professional digital keyboards, software synths, and DAW's. We use to have some analog gear, but we have gone almost straight digital. We still keep our guitars and base around to do quick tracks. All our music is mixed and mastered by us. Any samples that are either manually created our selves, or used through purchased samples packs from major companies that are approved for any type of production. We NEVER USE un-cleared samples.
Are these tracks safe to use?
Our tracks our absolutely safe and cleared for use. This is the reason why we do everything in house and DO NOT sample records or other un-cleared samples.
How do we get the music?
That's easy...purchase one of our subscriptions! Click Here for the purchase page. Once you pick your subscription you will go to PayPal to actually pay. (YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT). After your successful purchase we will email you access to our member site with you username and password.
What can I use this music for?
You can use this music for ANYTHING! We have a bunch of uses listed below. If you still have questions or need a certain type of deal, feel free to contact us. There are some restrictions to protect our music, business, and legal interest.
What about YouTube or other social networking sites?
Yes, you are completely free to use our music in YouTube videos, podcasting, personal websites, and other social networking sites were applicable. You just can't just give the music away as it is.
Can I use it in my podcast?
Absolutely yes. Audio and video are perfectly fine.
Can I record with it to create a music demo or professional recording?
Abosolutely yes. This music is even great for singers and songwriters to simply practice. Make sure you at least look out our simple restrictions below.
Can I use it in a indie/professional film production, TV, or radio?
Totally yes. Whether you need it for a 5 second stinger or a 30 second edit for background, you are good to go. Please see restrictions below.
How about for on-hold music or background music for retail or other physical location?
Completely yes. Our music is a great alternative to the norm to keep your visitors or clients awake, alert, and in the mood.
What if I have a different usage not listed here?
Please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to assist you with your specific use.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes there are some small restrictions to protect our business, and should effect a very small percentage of our customers. Here is the simple non-legal listing:
First, you cannot re-SELL our music as is. You must apply our music to some kind of production or creative work of your own. Like synching it to a video, or singing over it for example.
Second, anytime applicable to illustrate credit to our music pieces should indicate any of the following when applicable; "ATL Production Music" and/or "www.ATLProductionMusic.com" and/or "Papi Sound Publishing - ASCAP"
Third, anytime you use our music to a physical medium like a CD, DVD you have a limitation of distributing 100,000 units for sell before having to negotiate a small royalty.
Fourth, use of our music in public broadcast does not exempt the broadcaster from performance royalties. (Unless a special license has been issued.)
Fifth, the price paid is for use of our music for a single seat license. Meaning one person can use at there discresion according to the terms. (Contact us for multi-seat deals)

What is a music license?
A music license is contract to allow a person to use a creative work. In this situation, when you purchase from this site you are automatically granted a license according to the terms and conditions of this site.
Do I have to pay royalties?
In short NO. Only if you put our music and sell over 100,000 units will you have to negotiate a small and fare royalty.
Please understand our license to you does not exempt broadcast royaltyies. You DO NOT pay broadcast royalties. TV stations, radio stations, and other public performance facilities are responsible for this royalty.
What are performance royalties?
A performance royalty is a royalty that is paid to the composers of a musical piece everytime it has been played in a public location. Examples of public locations are bars, restaurants, clubs, arenas, radio stations, tv stations, etc...
What if I have a special circumstance?
We understand that sometime our customers have unique situations. Especially with other countries outside the United States. Regardless of the situation feel free to contact us. Maybe we can work out an arrangement.
How do I purchase from this site?
Easy, click here to choose your subscription. You can pay with credit card via that page. Invoicing is available to school institutions only in a multi-seat deal.
